His innovative and intricate work has earned him praise for his creativity and depth, culminating in a 2021 Grammy win for his contributions to Kaytranada's acclaimed album "Bubba".

Jace Lasek, the frontman of the celebrated indie rock band The Besnard Lakes, is a two-time Juno Award winning producer, mixer and singer-songwriter-composer whose atmospheric and experimental production and mix styles have garnered attention from a wide range of artists, including Wolf Parade, Patrick Watson, Land of Talk, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Stars and Suuns.
