Road to the Yancey Boys album...

After performing sellout shows with Frank Nitt in Vancouver, San Diego, Indianapolis and Detroit to celebrate the life of J Dilla during February, Illa J took a week off in Montreal before heading to LA for extended recording sessions... While he was in town he visited Breakglass Studios for one night only and recorded "Full Control" This is Illa J like you've never heard him before... freaking vintage synths and singing harmonies a-la Bilal.
